DO YOU OFFER ANY FINANCIAL SUPPORT?
Heroes Centre is Ofsted Registered. Therefore, financial support is available.
Multiple Session Discount: If you book multiple sessions or classes with us, you may be eligible for a multiple session discount. This can help you save on the overall cost of your sessions.
Sibling Discount: Families with multiple children enrolled in our programs may qualify for a sibling discount, which can reduce the cost for each additional child.
If you ever miss a session, we have a policy in place to ensure that your child can make up for the missed class. We understand that unexpected events can sometimes interfere with your child's attendance. To facilitate this, we offer catch-up sessions to help your child stay on track with their learning journey.
It's important to note that we do charge for missed sessions. This helps us cover our running costs, including teacher salaries, classroom maintenance, and other essential expenses. We believe this policy allows us to maintain the high quality of education and support that we provide to your child.

CAN I USE UNIVERSAL CREDIT AND WORKING TAX CREDIT FOR TUITION?
WHAT IS THE HOME EDUCATION PROGRAM AT HEROES?
No, Universal Credit and Working Tax Credit cannot be used to cover tuition expenses. These benefits are specifically allocated for Heroes Childcare and the Heroes Holiday Programme. Tuition fees are not eligible for coverage under these credits.
The home education program at Heroes Centre Limited is an informal approach to education that focuses on learning, activities, and socializing with other home education children. Children are engaged in a fun way and are encouraged to learn at their own pace.
WHAT PROGRAMMES DOES HEROES CENTRE LIMITED OFFER?
Heroes Centre Limited offers a variety of programs, including after-school programs, face to face tuition, online tuition, holiday programs, youth club, and home education programs. Our programs are designed to help children build their confidence, develop their skills, and learn in a fun and engaging way.
At Heroes, our daily schedule is designed to cater to a wide range of needs throughout the week. From Monday to Friday, we offer Home Education from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by Childcare and After School Clubs from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Additionally, we provide Tuition services from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM during these weekdays. On weekends, our Tuition programs run from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, while our Childcare services are available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. To add more fun to the mix, we also have our Youth Club from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We've crafted our schedule to ensure that Heroes is a welcoming and vibrant place for children and families, where various educational and childcare needs are met with care and dedication.
IS HEROES OPENED DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?
Yes, Heroes remains fully operational during school holidays, with a special emphasis on providing engaging activities for children. We're committed to ensuring that your kids have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their break from school. Our doors are wide open, and we're ready to create fun and lasting memories for your little heroes.
DO YOU PROVIDE HOMEWORK?
Yes, we offer monthly homework homework in both English and mathematics through our dedicated Homework Station located at Heroes. Additionally, if you find your child in need of more homework support, we encourage you to communicate with your child's tutor. The most effective way to do this is by visiting our center in person after the session and engaging in a face-to-face conversation with the tutor. We are committed to providing comprehensive homework assistance to help your child thrive academically.

At our childcare centre, we provide a nurturing and engaging environment for children, both after school and during holidays. Our primary goal is to support parents who are working or studying by ensuring their children are well-cared for and actively involved in a range of enriching activities.

DOES HOME ED SESSIONS RUD DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?
Absolutely! At Heroes Centre LTD, we continue to run home education classes during the holidays, in addition to offering childcare and holiday clubs.
DO YOU OFFER ANY FREE LESSONS FOR STUDENTS?
Yes, we offer a free lesson to give students the opportunity to experience our teaching style and curriculum. It's a great way to see if our classes are the right fit for your child.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF DAYS MY CHIDLREN NEED TO ATTEND THE HOME EDUCATION GROUP OR CAN WE JUST DECIDE AND PAY WEEKLY?
Our home education group operates on a weekly commitment basis, allowing you to choose how many days you want to enrol your children for, with options of up to 4 days a week. It's important to note that we charge for missed sessions to cover running costs; however, any missed sessions can be made up at a later time to ensure your child doesn't miss out.
WHAT WERE YOUR LATEST 11PLUS RESULTS?
In 2023, our 11 Plus results showcased the remarkable achievements of our students. We are delighted to report the following success rate:
Students who studied for 2 years: Achieved an outstanding 91% success rate! This demonstrates the dedication and hard work of our students and the effectiveness of our comprehensive study program.
CAN YOU BOOK MY CHILD INTO THE HAF (HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES AND FOOD) PROGRAMME IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH MY CHILD'S CODE?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to book your child into the HAF programme on your behalf. In order to ensure fairness to all parents and to efficiently manage our limited program spaces, we require parents to make bookings themselves. Our enrollment process operates on a "first come, first served" basis. To secure a spot for your child in the HAF programme, parents must personally link their child to Heroes and make the necessary arrangements. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to your active participation in our programme registration process.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
We regret to inform you that we no longer accept cash as a form of payment since October 2023. This change was necessitated by a recent incident, during which valuable items were stolen from our premises. In the interest of enhancing the security of both our staff and customers, we have decided to discontinue accepting cash as a payment option.
Rest assured, we offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to ensure your transactions with us are as smooth and worry-free as possible. You can explore our alternative payment options to find the one that best suits your needs.
CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES?
Certainly, we offer the flexibility of payment plans for our holiday activities. Here's how it works: If the holiday program costs £150, you can opt to pay in manageable instalments. For example, you can make weekly payments of £10 over the course of 15 weeks. The best part is that you can start enjoying the activity program right away and make your payments afterward. This way, you can secure your spot in the program without any immediate financial burden.
ARE THERE ANY AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS FOR STUDENTS TO JOIN?
Yes, we host after-school clubs where students can participate in various extracurricular activities, enhancing their social and creative skills.
DO YOU OFFER GAME ROOM HIRE FOR EXTERNAL GROUPS OR EVENTS?
Yes, our facility includes a games room that can be hired for external events. It's a great space for parties, meetings, or gatherings.
